Return & Exchange Policy

Note: We do not allow exchange or refund for sale items.

Exchanges online are valid within 20 days from the date of purchase, provided that the item(s) are unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging. Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange.

We only allow a one-time exchange for each transaction and every exchange transaction is final. If the item exchanged is of a higher value, you will have to pay for the difference in amount. If the item exchanged is of a lower value, please note that we do not issue refunds. Please also note that items purchased can only be exchanged subject to availability.

Please provide us a screenshot of your order receipt and reason for exchanging.

Please use a registered postage service as we are not accountable for any lost parcels in transit. Do note that the cost of mailing the exchanged item out to you must be borne by yourself.
